Michaëlle Jean: Representing Canada

From 2005 to 2010, Michaëlle Jean served as the Governor General of Canada. While holding this role, she was called Excellency. She is now called the Right Honourable Michaëlle Jean. The Governor General represents Canada all over the world. Paul Martin, the Prime Minister of Canada at the time, chose Michaëlle Jean for this position.
